Aws Account Agreement

“Your Content” refers to the content you or an end-user (a) make on the Services, (b) you connect to the Services or (c) download into the Services under your account or transfer, process, use or otherwise store in relation to your account. The terms of use below govern your use of the Services. The wholesale terms that are used in these terms of service, but are not defined below, are defined in the AWS customer agreement or any other agreement with us regarding your use of the Services (the “Convention”). For the purposes of these terms of service, “Your Content” includes all “company content” and all “customer content” and “AWS” “Amazon Properties.” 26.8. Microsoft BYOL license. This option allows you to use Amazon WorkSpaces to provide workspaces using your Microsoft software and Microsoft licenses (the “WorkSpaces BYOL” program). You must have the right to use the WorkSpaces BYOL program for Microsoft software corresponding to your (s) agreement (s) with Microsoft. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and complying with all Microsoft licensing requirements, including user rights/product conditions. In addition, you must have accepted Microsoft`s End User Licensing Agreement (Microsoft EULA), and by using Microsoft Software as part of the WorkSpaces BYOL program, you agree with Microsoft EULA. You agree to have found that your use of BYOL workspaces complies with Microsoft licensing requirements. The use of the Services in violation of your agreement with Microsoft is not authorized or authorized. 4.3 End-user injuries.

It is presumed that you have taken all the steps you authorize, support or facilitate a person or organization in connection with this Contract, your Content or the use of Service Offers. You are responsible for the use of your content and the services offered by end-users. You ensure that all end-users meet their obligations under this Agreement and ensure that the terms of your contract with each end-user are in compliance with this Agreement. If you are aware of an end-user violation of your obligations under this Agreement, you will immediately cease that end-user`s access to your content and service offerings. 1.4. As part of your use of the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the licenses and compliance with the licensing conditions of any software you have exported. If we reasonably believe that your content is contrary to the law, has violated or misappropriated the rights of a third party, or if we have violated a key clause in the Agreement (including documentation, terms of use or terms of use) (“Prohibited content”), we will notify you of prohibited content and we may require that such content be removed from the Services or that access to it be deactivated.
